Best Western Visalia Hotel

The location was easy, in the outskirts of visalia. The breakfast was light and great, they make a lot of meals.

The bed in my room was horrible.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and everything worked fine. The breakfast had good choices (waffles, sausage patties, country style potatoes, scrambled eggs, cereals, fruit, orange/apple juice, coffee, tea, etc.) Overall Comfort Inn was an excellent experience.

I enjoyed the size and comfort of the room. The pillows were the most comfortable i've ever slept on.

The bed itself was flat and somewhat uncomfortable.

The room was spacious with very comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a good variety, helping us start our day on a positive note.

Some amenities could be better kept up.

We appreciated the size of the suite, the comfort of the bed, the swimming pool and the fact that it was clean and there were enough towels for the two of us (including spcial towels provided for the people going to the swimming pool)

The noise was terrible: the hotel is located right next to the highway. The breakfast was desgusting, so American: no fresh fruit, just greasy meet and artificial cereals. There wasn"t much choice and the few we got wasn't our taste.

Nice hotel with amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me with travel tips. Highly recommend checking this place out. I'll be back next year!

Very comfortable bed. Excellent value for money with all useful amenities: pool, sauna, exercise room, washer and dryer, internet access. The continental breakfast was also appreciated.

The only thing we did not like was the persistent odour in the room. It sounds like a fabric softener odour: the first thing that comes to mind, it is there to mask other odours. If any scent is required, please do some test to find one that can please to most people.

Great location for exploring nearby attractions.

Our experience was deeply disappointing. We were promised a room that could accommodate our large family, but instead faced miscommunication about the room size. The dirty condition of our temporary room, including cockroaches, left us feeling uncomfortable and overwhelmed, affecting our sleep and overall enjoyment. It was deeply distressing to deal with these problems without adequate support from the hotel staff.
